Otras asociaciones, en cambio, creen que la idea es buena, y respaldan los argumentos del fabricante, que prefiere presentar el producto como medio para facilitar el contacto entre los miembros de la familia. El Mo1 está pensado para niños a partir de los 6 años de edad, y cuenta con algunas restricciones pensadas para facilitar a los padres el control del aparato (por ejemplo, solo podrá recibir mensajes y llamadas de aquellos números añadidos a la agenda).
